Honestly, there is nothing to be liked about working at Dealshare. They are scamming investors, customers and employees. 2 CEOs have no idea about how to run an organization.

The best part about DealShare is the opportunities and the freedom to ideate new things. The management and founders are really inspiring and welcoming towards new things. Apart from that, DealShare's BAU in itself is immense and has lots of potential for an employee to both learn as well showcase their skills.

Dealshare has always given me a plethora of opportunities to push my limits at work. The work culture is also very inclusive. Leadership is very reachable and open to new ideas

There is no guarantee of job in share deal, when they wish they fire the employee, when they wish they keep him, those who are not on company payroll are toying in the hands of big people

Highly dictatorial organization, you get fired for expressing your opinion. Strict work from office for all except top leadership. Offer letter terms are honoured only by convenience. Your survivability depends on the grace and mood of leadership.
