The company functions like a proprietorship firm. Almost a no culture / baniya culture. The people are either under experienced or have no experience & pressure reportees to work on behalf on them . This Ecom firm works without agreements with brands & do market purchase to fulfill the demand & force employees to work for both retail & wholesale segments . Payments to vendors are unpaid on due days. Unwanted calls & whatsapp msgs in unrequired group is the part of culture . HR is useless & is a puppet . Insurance is as low as possible for employees. Founders talk big to buy mills & manufacturers & even some top retailers of country . God bless us....Read More

Always worried about late night calls which is mostly unwanted. Unable to plan long weekends, people at upper level are just thinkers no execution , not participative & would require us to invest 16hrs a day to work.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)
