Open culture to work with senior staff. Accountability and control of work given is superb. Internal escalations are faster solved. Bi-yearly office trips.

Sometimes called to work on a weekend (Saturday). Like you can say once in 4-5 month though compensated but still weekend is weekend.

Open to adapt new process quickly based on our feedbacks, company loves to automate things reducing our burdens like grammar check, spell checks, etc., atmosphere is mostly chilled due to all internal projects handled.

Dislikes

Sometimes deadlines makes work hectic but it only happens once in a blue moon.
