Company culture is great, really very smart set of people around you so great learning experience is good. Salaries paid by deshaw is unmatchable do that's a great thing to have.

I am working as a support staff in the IT team of this company. I am on a 3rd party pay role. It has been almost 2 years since I have been working here. I have learnt a lot by working here. Cons: 1. Very less skill developmen in Tech Ops role. 2. Micro Management 3. Strict Hybrid policy where you can't get WFH if you have used 12 days of provided WFH 4. Cab facility is only from drop. This is difficult if you are living in Noida. ( For office in Gurugram location )
