We are looking for an intelligent and resourceful candidate for our Talent Management (TM) team based in Hyderabad. The TM team is responsible for managing engagement activities and initiatives that help employees maintain work-life balance. Further, the team is responsible for managing critical HR operations in areas such as onboarding, separations, benefits and policies, statutory activities, etc.

What you ll do day-to-day

In the role, you will be managing essential HR operations areas like onboarding, separations, benefits, and employee engagement processes. You will be analyzing processes and coming up with ways to automate/enhance efficiencies of operational tasks. As part of the role, you will also be working on employee engagement and well-being activities. You will need to stay abreast of the latest trends/best practices in employee engagement and employee benefits, HR programs, policies, etc., through industry benchmarking. You will also be a liaison with external vendors, evaluating event proposals, forecasting expenses, conducting cost-benefit analysis, etc. You will be effectively managing day-to-day operational work pertaining to maintaining internal records for events, contracts, invoices, feedback, event trackers, budgets, etc. You will also need to prepare, track, and maintain appropriate documentation and trackers, handle document management, document audit, vendor management, and closure of pre- and post-onboarding tasks, handle employee queries and requests, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders for related tasks.

Basic qualifications:

  • A graduate degree in HR
  • 2-3 years of experience in HR Operations / HR Generalist
  • Excellent time-management skills and the ability to plan and execute projects with creativity and drive
  • Proficiency in MS Office and excellent oral and written communication skills are required
  • The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with various stakeholders, collaborate with employees at all levels, and work effectively in an agile, dynamic, and collaborative environment
  • Attention to detail, creative thinking, and exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • The qualities of being ardent, motivated, self-reliant, flexible, and a quick learner, with a positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills
  • The ability to listen, deliver messages persuasively, and be comfortable with ambiguity and new challenges
