Screen lead and manage sourcing for all candidates. d. Maintain a high conversion rate on sourced vs profile shortlisted for interview. e. Maintains detailed MIS on candidates & employees in HRMS portal. f. Handle entire onboarding and induction process for new joiners g. Implement engagement activities, fun fridays etc. h. Responsible for employee grievance mgmt and counselling
