Designing, documenting, and facilitating an exhaustive Induction-cum-Training Program for the employees at our food factory and corporate office
Designing and implementing an appropriate format for daily briefing process to be conducted by the Managers/Supervisors for blue collared staff reporting to them
Prescribing, defining, and communicating uniform standards pertaining to the accommodation, food, sanitation, hygiene and social comfort of factory employees
Coordinating the execution of the Employee Engagement, team bonding and R&R Program
Designing, documenting, and reviewing specific KRAs and KPIs, Organizational Hierarchy, Reporting Mechanism, Projected Growth Trajectory linked to the growth of the organization, Job Rotation and Role Enhancement Opportunities, Key Organizational Policies, Systems and Protocols, etc
MIS & reporting for recruitment, attrition, recruitment forecasting and planning, payroll, compliance, leaves etc
Defining and enforcing a simplified and pyramid-based reporting and approval structure, thus ensuring speedy decision making and proactive execution of action plans
Managing the Payroll and ensuring timely disbursement of remuneration and reimbursement of expenses
Initiating decision making pertaining to compensation action, role enhancement, bonus, promotion, increased incentivization, etc, in consultation with function heads
Administration and Generalist task management.
Requirements
Maximum 2 years of work experience (In similar roles of Human resource management role)
Freshers are also welcome to apply
Should be graduate/diploma in HR
Strong organizational and administrative skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Spoken and written English is a must Knowledge of Kannada will be an added advantage
Comfortable with advanced features of MS excel and doc
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
