Compensation part is good if you are a performer you are appreciated. Senior management PPL are approachable and you can seek help from them.

Dislikes

No standard hiring process( e.g profile which is open for MBA graduates one fine day u see they have hired a plus two guy and filled the position) this spoils the environment. Exit procedures are the worst they can hold and deduct ur FNF as per their will no justification given no transparency...I will say lack of structure,it is more of sole proprietor company they do things as per their will and wish. I will say it is good for fresher and under qualified if u are experience with higher education this is not right place....Read More

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Blue colour workers have too many concessions due to which they do not work as required and if you pressurize them for work then they threaten you. local workers and union are responsible for this. Because they have been doing this from the beginning, not working during working hours because after that they get double the overtime money.
