Working at the school feels nothing less than working with a family. The school provides a friendly and stress free environment which is a great deal. The staff is really supportive and eager to help when needed.

Dislikes

From what I have observed since my first day was nothing but a really good environment to teach and learn. Therefore, I don't have any dislikes about working at the school.

Working Experience is very Friendly. All the senior and experienced teachers are always ready to help. I have the Liberty to explore and Experiment New things. Management Continuously work for the enrichment of the staff. It's really a Great work Place.

I have learrnt to create HOTS question and my interpeesonal skills also got enhanced. People have sense of belongingness ,here and always come forward to help each other. Transparent and open culture.

Dislikes

Covid-19 has made the teaching vulnurable, I donot like the liberty taken by children or parents to approch teachers through phone as sometimes children call in the odd hours. Though school does not promote add hours calling,but it becomes a habit in children.

As a teacher , I am learning as much as I am teaching. Technically the school is very advanced and has a futuristic panorama. A promising future to mold the leaders of tomorrow. A dedicated teacher has a lot to offer and learn in such a congenial environment. Management is par excellent in helping and supporting the new budding staff. It's a privilege to be a part of a great professional team.

Working here at DC Model is a bliss in itself.It has been 16 Years working here now. The school works on the sole mission of 'Learn to serve' the society.The school prepares its students for the lifetime. I don't have any complaints from school but I would like parents to be more co operative and work as a team alongwith teachers to take the best out of their child.

I am given the additional job of prepapring activity calendar monthwise. Besides this I encourage students to write articles for the newspaper .Students are given topics each week and if it is liked by the editor it gets published

I am teaching Social Science to senior classes. Its a challenging as students are less interestd in this subject. I always try to make my lessons interesting by incorporating interesting aside, day to day relevance of the topic and human value

It has made my technology savvy, staff is quite accommodating. Gave chance to face a large audience both online and offline. Learnt new skills here. Management is easily accessible. Family type relationship makes working easier. We are 24*7 connected through mails and messages. Overall, a nice experience.

The school management has a democratic setup. Everyone is listened to. Work culture is both professional and humanitarian. All the colleagues are very cooperative and supportive and always in a learning mode. A lot of learning takes place everyday. I love this school.

I work as a coordinator and looks after the day to day working. I coordinate things between management and staff. The monthly calendar is planned for all the activities in advance. I feel honored to be a part of this group.

Very bad place to work.never suggested anyone to work there. The mannagement try to insult you without any reason Even principal & her daughter didn't know how to talk with teachers. They treat teachers as animal. Very very bad school.
