The higher management like the Chairman Ajay Shriram is a gentle person and the way he address things is very polite and reasonable and his thought process has some roots down the line making the culture rich environment in organisation. Though some people in mid management are a bit manupulative and rude. To prove their worth, power and presance in organsation they tend to disorganize something themselves and then repack it and shows to higher managment that they did something valuable. The company did not cut salaries in corona time. And allowed work from home. The work from home approch adopted by company.

The leadership is not that great. The nepotism exists. Work pressure is great. If you are yes man, be ready to get the hell of work load of 2-3 employees or more. Some employees are not given much of work due to no reason or may be they are not competent to do such assigned work or due to nepotism or personal relations. So the same work is loaded to some good employee who is already occupied. No trainings provided. No reward for supporting business by working late, in nights, on non working days. The increments are 4-6 % . The posts and management structure is so long.
