When i was joined in DCB.I felt very happy. Training period travel policy.stil i want to continue in this organisation. When i resigned in this company, my family members a got very sad till now.DCB is the Best. I humble requesting to you please give me chance in this company ( not in pedda raju team).

In our Nellore location heavy politics are playing. My boss(pedda raju)not give support to me.till i want to continue in this organisation. My boss apply sweet harrashment on me.thats why i resigned. So many employees are resigned their jobs, because of Pedda raju using unparlamentary words .

Work Details

I was worked as a collection Deputy Manager1 in Nellore location.i am very satisfied my job work.but some pupils are playing politics on my work.giving lot of disturbances. In our location i was mapped negative areas and dont gives loans in this areas.

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
