The work that one does here is making a change to the Indian Science ecosystem and that gives one satisfaction.

Dislikes

There is no growth opportunity for employees. No employee development program are conducted. Salary is not competitive and no flexibilities or other perks to compensate for the poor salary structure. No work life balance, had been understaffed for a long time and no proper recruitment drive to fill the positions. Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years.
