Dear management and business head, please change your approach for personnel management. You have to change your approach from hire and fire of employees to retain the employees. I recently joined the company, only to be met with disappointment and frustration. Despite mu willingness to contribute and my eagerness to het back to work, the management decided to let me go, citing a lack of available tasks. I worked here around 7 years and now the promotors has checked my phone WhatsApp and my chat history. All browsers history from my system. They threatened me about my job security. So, i allowed them for this. Now hr has asked to accept and took the sign on all mobile screen shots and browsers history.

After 7 years i got bp and suger from this company. Please don’t join this. I will also left this within week.
