Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. If you are a smoker then it is a haven for you. Because half of company always surrounded by cigarette smoke. One of director is a chain smoker, and no one can’t say anything.

Dislikes

I had high hopes when i joined this company, but unfortunately my experience was far from positive. Upon joining, i was informed that my role had been changed without prior notice. I would not recommend this company to other base on how they treat employees.
