There is a challenge to do the business because as I am an Management Trainee with zero experience in banking sector. I was trying to learn slowly but I think the manager is not at all supportive. Everyday I am getting scolded for the mistakes which Im not doing. They have given me 45 clients and wants business feom them but out of 45 10 have their FDs with and and they are not willing to meet only....Read More

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
