The only positive thing in this bank is you won't be much pressured for sound sales as like in Other private sector banks.

Dislikes

So many discrimination among the employees.Management didn't care about junior officer. We were not given salary hike for the past 2 yrs and I got promoted with salary hike of less than 5%.I request people not to join here in lvb now dbs as junior officer.They used to play with the mental health of the employees.
