Company hire employees on contract and whenever they feel they kick out their employees by just terminating the contract befire time and simply saying you are not on roll employee you are on third party...the worst experience ever with DB Schenker. In this situation when company should help employees and be with them the way employees were with them in hard times also. No perks no benefits. Work culture is pathetic. They just say its mon-fri 9hours but make employees work more than that. The support at this time also didn’t happen. The company is worst place to work. The employees at hire level take advantage of people working under them. They do not behave properly with them. Not even talking to them properly. I worked in HR department i have closely worked on these issues. So I would not recommend people to join this pathetic company DB Schenker...Read More

No work life balance if they given laptop means you have to work 24x7. Experience and work life balance at DB Schenker is pathetic worst.
