I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)

This is not a good company. Employee job is not secure. Only old employee survive here. New employee immediately terminate without any reason or fault. No eny employee benifit provide by the management. Very rude behaviour against the employee by the owner.
