The interior of the office ,it’s theme and the location of the office.

Everything I disliked about this office worst administration, HR’s are not experienced doesn’t know how to deal with employees. HR’s are just the garbage no one are working especially women HR team Male HR’s are helpful but these women HR dominates them. When it comes to Customer support Team the Manager is well experienced for working in call centre for 19 years. He is very strict regarding Employee outfit. He does not encourage wearing Chappals or slippers. But the funniest thing is he don’t have good dress sense always wore White night T shirt and half shirt. Jeans with formal shoes. Anyways he just say the rules but he do not directly interact with employees rudely. He should work as MNC manager not like an Indian School principal. When it comes to TL’s Many of them are perverts. In DACH market TL’s are not so friendly they treat employees like school children. Even DACH market employees are Jokers , Cowards and do not question anyone. Few Female TL’s are not working and does not know anything about work but anyhow these Female TL’s had good job security. Few TL’s are very much helpful to the agents like Abhishek , Santhosh and Harish, few are there. In this company there is a weird thing regarding partiality durying Dinner IT people get free food and where as CS team won’t get dinner. This is so called Product base company. Firstly they allowed CS team to take dinner by paying money but now they are not allowing.No allowances nothing. When it comes to the company product The streaming quality is really worst , always broadcasting issues because Broadcasting engineers don’t have good knowledge , Even Developers are not very much good because we are facing lot of Customer complaints regarding streaming issues , website issues and UI issues like showing thumbnail of another match. Company is looting lot of money from the customers. Learn how to broadcast from Amazon , Hotstar and even Aha is better than you. Take experianced Broadcasting engineers by giving them desired salary. Dear Sridhar teddy manager you told us to post anything in Ambition box , but I don’t care. Everything......only if are expecting position and ability to go with management politics, ready to be a slave to heads then its a good place, those people can join. Everybody except few are just acting and behaving like they are good but indeed they are just wanted position thats all and those leaders are not even have a work ethicthey just here by designation despite rolling many complaints aswell there is no chnage in behaviour still that fellow sridhar promote them only as leaders and give a manager access to them to rule the floor. Atleast now open your eyes and be equal to everybody and every individual as each one holds a different knowledge just dont go and give rights to wrong persons. I request have quick check on weekends and see how your leads are chilling only few leads hardly 2-3 will be supporting agents nd being with them...Read More

Toxic environment, Pure partiality with in the team. Higher management also encourages partiality between Tech and non tech employees.Even fecility team will not show respect towards CS team. Recommending to avoid joining.

Many many many Lets start with Hr desk first - they won’t listen to anyone no cross verification nothing jus if they feel its a mistake the person is gone from the company Next the management wooh they are next level - they don’t know how to operate things no managament nothing just make people work like anything and no recognitionwould be there. DACH market omg this market will literally have people who don’t even know how to work one of the worst teams ever seen and ofcourse even spain. So basically nothing best here all worsttt Next the training team (This is the best part) Only thing you find from this team is affairs affairs affairs ans the end….. Lets start with Deepika Burugula (Actor absolute actor) She can act pretty well to destroy someone’s life. i really doubt how some unworthy person can be a qa with no talent. She just knows back stabbing people and yes special mentions to Kunal her fav team lead who helped her to become a QA with zero knowledge. Shreya Sharma - Will screw up people slowly I never understood what she explained to me in the trainings Kanth - no work only relationship, late logins no work never supports anything just works for showoff I mean this company has people who dosnt add any value to the company And MR. DAZN is a streaming Platform in which it allows all of it's employees to access and experience all of its Devices and Gadgets to work and for Sports FANs it is going to be a DREAM job for them.

Dislikes

As it is a Product Based company the work timings is not feasible and you have to be in office to ensure the Delivery goes on without any issues forgetting about the time and situations you have.

On par with any other OTT platforms, DAZN is a key player. Very good tech stack. Huge scope to update skills and learn new stacks.

With great responsibilities comes great sacrifices. Apart from that it is good place for work.
