The interior of the office ,it’s theme and the location of the office.
Everything I disliked about this office worst administration, HR’s are not experienced doesn’t know how to deal with employees. HR’s are just the garbage no one are working especially women HR team Male HR’s are helpful but these women HR dominates them. When it comes to Customer support Team the Manager is well experienced for working in call centre for 19 years. He is very strict regarding Employee outfit. He does not encourage wearing Chappals or slippers. But the funniest thing is he don’t have good dress sense always wore White night T shirt and half shirt. Jeans with formal shoes. Anyways he just say the rules but he do not directly interact with employees rudely. He should work as MNC manager not like an Indian School principal. When it comes to TL’s Many of them are perverts. In DACH market TL’s are not so friendly they treat employees like school children. Even DACH market employees are Jokers , Cowards and do not question anyone. Few Female TL’s are not working and does not know anything about work but anyhow these Female TL’s had good job security. Few TL’s are very much helpful to the agents like Abhishek , Santhosh and Harish, few are there. In this company there is a weird thing regarding partiality durying Dinner IT people get free food and where as CS team won’t get dinner. This is so called Product base company. Firstly they allowed CS team to take dinner by paying money but now they are not allowing.No allowances nothing. When it comes to the company product The streaming quality is really worst , always broadcasting issues because Broadcasting engineers don’t have good knowledge , Even Developers are not very much good because we are facing lot of Customer complaints regarding streaming issues , website issues and UI issues like showing thumbnail of another match. Company is looting lot of money from the customers. Learn how to broadcast from Amazon , Hotstar and even Aha is better than you.
