Was an employee at this company. I was removed from the company without notice and without any relieving letter, experience certificate, or salary slip. If you join any startup, don't settle for a lower salary just because the company owner says that "we are a startup". Ask questions regarding the company structure. Ask if they provide a proper salary slip. Talk to the current and previous employees of the startup before joining. Ask for images of the company office and place of work. Research about the company before joining. In my case, most of the things told to me before joining were lies. I was told that experienced people were working in the company, there were none. All freshers were employed with salaries as low as 15000 per month. In my case, we were provided accommodation by the company but they were forcing all the employees to stay in the same flat. Almost 6 people were living in the same flat, it was terrible. Regarding the company owner, I will just say, Don't believe everything you hear! In short, join the company if you have nothing else to do otherwise you will be better off preparing for some exam or applying for a different company. Best of Luck....Read More
