Management don't interfere much in some issues like how the school and teachers are working.

DAV public school MAHUDA, Dhanbad Jharkhand , is not only school its just like our home where every teachers behave like your family members All teachers are punctual... Students as well as teachers are always in discipline, follow rules.Management is fully transparent.

Dislikes

There is an adhoc system in recruiting and this is the strong reason of slow career growth. They take so much time in giving you grade.

The principal was very humble and understanding (as she got retired). If you get a good principal and colleagues, you would like working there.

Job security was excellent, the post was contractual but they renew it on a timeline basis and experience, work culture n management were quite good too. Colleagues were supportive. Management looks after a lot of queries which i go through during my job career. Company policies are also good.

Dislikes

Working life balance, like work pressure is more. Lot of politics were there. The management supports the old and experienced people of the particular school more than the new commers who joined later. Job training is not given to the new joiners.

Working in DAV was very interesting. I learnt many new things here.One thing I like about DAV is the ongoing Capacity building programme in every 3 months. Learnt yoga & microsoft skill classes etc.I struggled a lot in the very beginning as the environmnt
