It was a wonderful platform which availed us much opportunity to learn about new methods of teaching with appropriate environment and culture. Teammates were cooperative n helpful n management was also transparent.They give Good salary to all the teachers with fixed anuual increment.

As it is a project school so it is fully funded by ntpc a central organisation and hence salary and other perks which are provided are as per the govt. norms. If we talk about job security that is even excellent. You are provided with a flat or bunglow as per your designation, free electricity and water supply, medical facility is even here. But if you compare it with a metro city you will be highly dissapointed as you will not find any mall, or movie hall, no well organised parks or club etc as it is a township. Still you will find all standardised products for your day to day requirements at comparatibly higher prices. If the administrative staff of top notch is cooperative life is all set. But if you do not then you may struggle a little bit. As far as your career development is concerned you need to be self awared and keep looking for new opportunities on your own....Read More
