Job security was excellent, the post was contractual but they renew it on a timeline basis and experience, work culture n management were quite good too. Colleagues were supportive. Management looks after a lot of queries which i go through during my job career. Company policies are also good.

Dislikes

Working life balance, like work pressure is more. Lot of politics were there. The management supports the old and experienced people of the particular school more than the new commers who joined later. Job training is not given to the new joiners.

Work Details

Working in DAV was very interesting. I learnt many new things here.One thing I like about DAV is the ongoing Capacity building programme in every 3 months. Learnt yoga & microsoft skill classes etc.I struggled a lot in the very beginning as the environmnt
