SLS DAV school is very good school where I worked only 9 month as a contractual Teachers (leave vacancy).Students plus parents are constantly updated on whatever happen in the school .Staff members of school including teacher was very supportive. Now 7 pay commission has implemented in all DAV .

Overall experience working at DAV Public School was good. I was one of the best asset to my organization. The organization hires you for a year on contractual basis and for getting into the organization you have to go through an internal test and interview. Those hired for a year have to go through the same selection process yearlyafter which their hiring is revised. After working in the organization for four to five years, you have the chance to get the permanent employee tag (the span may differ according to circumstances). Once you become a permanent employee, you are given some special preferences (good salary structure, free education to two kids, etc.). Nowadays B Ed. (for teachers) is must for getting entry in this organization. Several events and functions are a part of it's annual work process. You get several chances to improve your skill as so many workshops are held here. Most of the colleagues are cooperative and supportive. Tech savvy people are appreciated.
