It is a very good company & working with them was an honour. The subordinate teammates are highly supportable and well skilled. Working with them helped me a lot to achieve my goals and objectives which led me to have great work satisfaction. Company has a good working environment, which helped us to deliver best of our performance.

Dislikes

They don't provide transport facilities, child care & free food, but these r not that much required, overall it's a very good company. work environment is changing with new technologies

Set clear boundaries and prioritize tasks to maintain productivity. 6. Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor, even in virtual interactions. 7. Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
