As company is already closed..There is a lots of politics and management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow and boss is not interested in manufacturing which was a major issue..and not to understand there staff values..act like a Hitler..these are the reasons..

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
