I am working in this company for past 3 years and honestly speaking the work life here is awesome and there is no such company that provide this kind of work culture. The work environment is so friendly, and it feels like the whole company is like a family. Other companies should be like this if its small or big, they should not only think about money and business which most of the companies do but our CEO is different he thinks about the employees. - No salary deductions during lockdown.

- Hell lot of politics. - Flat salary structure with zero benefits/allowances. - Certain people are given preference based on their contacts and influences and terms/relations with the management. - Lack of communication between the management and employees, because of which the decisions are biased always. - No hierarchy at the workplace, you may be a manager and can be treated like an Intern or vice-versa (depends on your flattering skills). - Personal contacts and influences are valued much more than your hard work and knowledge. - Most of the Team Leads themselves don't know what is to be done and how, which leads to the workflow disruption most of the times. - The management is only concerned about your problems if you are good enough to flatter them all the time and just nod your head in a YES, if you try to bring about a change or propose something good, you go unheard. - Asking for a raise is a crime, no matter how hard you work. - Altogether, an extremely biased workplace to be with....Read More

This company focuses entirely on customer satisfaction. The higher management kept us afloat during first lockdown and didn't deducted our salaries. But in early 2021, they had to shut down all retail stores.

Dislikes

There is less job security for retail. The higher management do not care about the well-being of employees in retail in general. Store politics was high and store management was worse and toxic. The higher management didn't take any action, whatsoever for the betterment of the work environment in store despite multiple complaints.
