Partiality for everything, Friendly company for management family members only. Rude behaviour from delivery manager.Team lead members are filled with family members.you dont even get a opportunity to work in a live project unless you are their family members. Team lead doesn't have sufficient coding or technical knowledge.even for the emergency leaves we need to compensate.

Compensation for Leaves. Example: If you want CL to go to a temple. The 8 hours of the day needed to be compensated for the leave to be approved. Partiality for Relatives. A relative can come to the office at 11 am and leave by 5 pm. While others can't do the same. No proper approvals of leave for even a marriage function. Delivery Lead does not consider employees as a human. He thinks the employee needs to nod his/her head for whatever he says. There should be no saying no to him. If he/she says so like that they will be terminated immediately. Salary is very low according to the current IT Standards. No good amount of hike is given to the employees. The delivery lead will die for Productivity. WFH options are only for relatives. No positives in the company.
