Night shifts because it the peace full time because they are no manager in that time

Dislikes

Overtime because you will able work OT weekly one or two days but in datatracks everyday you will work in OT and they don't give proper allowance & compoff's also.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
