I 'have been part of this company from past four years, and i must say that the work balance here is outstanding. The ease of access to the management and the ample opportunities for learning and career growth make the Dataflix the ideal place to foster professional development all achieved with fewer hurdles than one might expect.

Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
