Very worst company to work. There will be no training, directly they will put u in project. No help from seniors. Top level management is very worst. Inhuman HR policies. Salary is below market level and that too we will receive once in two or three months. Waste company.

There was nothing to like about this orgainsation except learning. They are tourturing and doing harassments to their employee. No ontime salaries (2-3) delay. Increament after 2-3yrs only. They won't care about your personal life, Senior manager will ask you to come on holiday and weekend to work. No benefits will be provided to employers. If you asking leavethen they will consider weekend also as a leave and will ask why u want this much days leaves as Sunday also coming in your vacation. No team outing.
