Working in Data-Core Systems is a hell of a nightmare. What they've promised during joining time, they don't keep. They always change their company policy whenever comes to any bonus/incentive payout. Everytime you asked for reason, they don't come up with exact resolution, they say they've updated their company policy and changed their calendar system for that payout. You can't even complain, cause they threat you to make you resign. And the best and amazing part is they pay Rs 80/- for overtime, yes you heard me right Eighty rupees only, which is less than a rickshawala earns these days....Read More
