If we get to work on Medidata which is one of its products, its a great platform to learn . lot of open source technologies are used. We also get to work on AWS as well with great opportunities to design our own systems and work in it from scratch.

Dislikes

the payscale is below average when compared to other companies. for a product based company pay should be pretty high. And also has dependencies on the US Team. Sometimes it becomes hectic to coordinate.

-Over all good company. -Senior management is good. -Quality of the work is good.

-High work load in some of the teams(Not well balanced) -Slow salary and seniority growth -Bangalore office lacks Amenity compared to Pune office
