If you are lazy by nature, you will enjoy every bit of your time here. The problem is that you will remain in the same trap, and before you realize it, 5+ years will have already passed because most of the people around you are older and you will slowly start to feel miserable like them. Being older is not a problem but to behave like one, definitely is the one. BASICALLY NOTHING TO LIKE.

Dislikes

1) Salary is really low here. The best part will be to join these idiots and leave within a year or two. You will thank me later. 2) Upper management and HR. They are the worst of all. All uncles and uncle like mentality. HR's are plain stupid coz they are the ones running RnD by offering low salary. You will never interact with them. For issues go to people manager, for salary go to people manager, etc etc, you get the point. 3) Tech they utilise is of no use in the outside world. 4) No employee benefits like sweets and all on Diwali. Calling this a product based company is basically a joke. The yearly gift you get is plain shit and stupid. People have been getting company Tshirt of worst quality with some random brands like ANMOL, FUNTOOSH(I don't remember names actually but you get the point). For Ganesh Chturthi, Diwali you will have to stand in queue to get sweets. Like really??? 5) If you are going to join SOLIDWORKS, you have my blessings. And in Solidworks if you are joining Manual QA team then you need GOD because that team is with Koka Veera Vara. PATHETIC human and pathetic thinking. You will be given appraisal based on how much information you have passed him and how much time you are sitting at your place. 2 outing company sponsored annually.annual preventive health check up sponsored.projects are transparent any developer can find what going on in brand DES. not so much work .avg 8 hr working . no stress ,no work. good for married people as you will get time for family.

Dislikes

they do not give promotion.if you switch from 3.5 or 5.5 LPA with 1.5 to 2 year experience. you will get package of around 11 to 13 LPA. but if you stay for 2 year starting as fresher then you will not get 11 you will get 9 LPA. 7.5 to 8.8 LPA in two year. so there will be gap of 2 to 3 lpa even though have same year of exp. not recommended for freshers. they use skype and zoom.

Work Life Balance, Not just me but every single employee would say the same. It is so balanced that you will get comfortable and that's not a good thing for Young Devs.

Management decisions Pay Lack of new Tech Their rules and regulations with regards to development ( Have their won internal procedure and tools)
