Work culture is dynamic and there is alot of flexibility in work. No restrictions related to daily work hours if your targets are on track.

Dislikes

Freshers and new employees that are hired recently are getting paid almost more than twice of that of the existing employees. This has created a dishonest atmosphere and old employees are willing to quit the company. It is like Dassault is giving a soft signal that “We don’t need you anymore, please leave”. It feels disheartening 😓

Work Details

Moderate to very low work load. Hence, work-life balance is hood.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
