Started working since mid-July of 2023. Joined after working as in b2b field sales for almost a year. What I really liked about this company is that there is no in-fighting in the business team. Everyone works here as a team. Even when the CEO speaks with us, he always emphasizes sales targets and goals in reference to the team as awhole. If you can pull your own weight here, there is no micro-management from your seniors. Another thing I like about working here is the flexible timings. Office opens from 8:30AM-8:30 PM, you can clock in anytime as long as you can put your 9 hours in. The CEO, is highly invested in teaching the writing staff about the projects and their impact for them as well as their clients. There are no particular dislikes that I have working here, except for the coffee machine which breaks down ever so often.
