Very supportive management and good work culture. All are working very friendly together, there is no politics between seniors with juniors. Company policies and procedures are good, all are working with strict health & safety standards.

Dislikes

Learning new technical things in the career from the seniuor is not possible, but can learn some works site experiences. Providing descent salary but no career growth.

Work Details

Very happy on Danway, everyone is very supportive and friendly even managers also. Very punctual timing also.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
