As per me world wide danone is a very very good company, specially for medical representative . For fmcg guy or sales peson career opportunity is very lesser. Appraisal is very slow for sales guy. World wide danone is very good peaceful company, but present days in india danone work environment not up to the mark.Huge internal politics. Other than this danone is a very good company for work.

Appraisal very slow. Huge internal politics Specially in east region. From last 1 year as employee of danone specially in trade sales division faced huge internal politics.In last 1 year approx 20 field force left the job,attribution rate is very high whereas previous 2 year has '0' attribution. Due this type of politics work-life balance is disturbed very much that why i left danone after successful 3.9 years. Already 3month gone but yet to receive my F.N.F, so it's my request do not disclose my name. After start my carrier at danone, danone is a very good compan. I joined danone as a sales officer,within 1 year i promoted as a senior sales officer. But from last year danone faced huge internal politics, specially in east.
