Company internal Culture is average now a days. Whereas previously culture was best place to work.

Dislikes

No appreciation for internal good work in terms appraisals. Even vision is missing. Every individual just trying to justify their responsibility. Even just working without understanding marketing demand.

This is one of the worst organisation I have ever seen in my carrier. I don't know why organisation is not looking at ground level and always talk theoritical.

Dislikes

The management is not looking at problems that field workers are facing. They are just putting mental stress and making us weak day by day. There was a day when i was so happy joining Danone but now i feel organisation just want their own growth doesn't matter how.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
