A good place to learn about technology advancements in industry.

Dislikes

No flexibility and lack of opportunity. There is no long term goal of management wrt. Company growth and employment development. Almost no independency in working and every thing is governed by department heads. Departmentalism is at peak and HR policies are not at par.
