I am thankful to higher mgmt because they gave me opportunity to handle a prestigious client like Tata Steel ltd. though I have no experience in refractory industry.It was really a challenging job initially but with time I learnt a lot and ready to accept any responsibility given to me.

Compensation & growth is slow.The work pressure is high.I have to work 10-14 hrs in a day.Management do not value an individuals unique strength.Also company is not providing sufficient staff hence the work load is very high.

My work is highly challenging as I have to look after the entire commercial activity as well as manage day-to-day operations. Tata steel is a prestigious & potential customer value as well as volume wise.There is always challenges from big competitors.
