Senior officers take much advantage of their juniors. They don't let us use our(Junior's) Rights. I felt like I'm a Robot there.You can do best but they will not allow to show this achievement in your reports, But seniors show this achievement in their own report. Specially, on role (company role ) employees use off role employees as his PA.

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ?
