There’s a lot to learn about the media industry every single day. It’s rigorous and fast paced and the employers challenge you to step out of your comfort zone and do more and do better. I see growth in my personality as well as professional understanding.

Dais World is an amazing company to work in as it gives you a lot of exposure on the respective field that you are working in. Learning is guaranteed when working with Dais World. The work culture in Dais World is extremely professional while at the same time very friendly. The mentors at dais world ensure that interns/employees are always on the right track and are very supportive.

The only thing that is a little dissatisfying working with Dais World is that you dont have a fixed working time.

I have been working here for the past 2 months, and I have to say that there has been a significant growth in the Journalist in me and my research skills, reading skills and the perspective about the world has changed a bit.

There is nothing I would say a disadvantage in this organization. The only problem is my busy schedule that interrupts my work with the Dais World.

The company has a well managed work culture, even during the pandemic. Here, participation and learning is highly encouraged. The seniors are highly cooperative and understanding. Equal chance to excel in the field of work is given to everyone. Various departments work happily in collaboration. Innovative and new ideas are always welcome and given full consideration.
