Working atmosphere, the working culture is a learning in itself you're given flexible hours to work and submit on time. In short, once you get the gist of the work thing you really like working with them

Because it was a WFH therefore, wholly different and altogether difficult to adjust at first but then everything's good

Dais World constantly tries to innovate and adapt to new emerging ideas of working on various social platforms. The environment is friendly and I am always aware about the happenings around the world since I started here. I have learnt a lot of things and how to deal with working environment. The work culture is motivating and progressive. The timing is flexible. I am really glad to be working at Dais World.

Dislikes

The only thing that I do not like so much is that as there is no fixed time, work-life balance is getting unhealthy.

There’s a lot to learn about the media industry every single day. It’s rigorous and fast paced and the employers challenge you to step out of your comfort zone and do more and do better. I see growth in my personality as well as professional understanding.

Dais World is an amazing company to work in as it gives you a lot of exposure on the respective field that you are working in. Learning is guaranteed when working with Dais World. The work culture in Dais World is extremely professional while at the same time very friendly. The mentors at dais world ensure that interns/employees are always on the right track and are very supportive.

Dislikes

The only thing that is a little dissatisfying working with Dais World is that you dont have a fixed working time.

I have been working here for the past 2 months, and I have to say that there has been a significant growth in the Journalist in me and my research skills, reading skills and the perspective about the world has changed a bit.

Dislikes

There is nothing I would say a disadvantage in this organization. The only problem is my busy schedule that interrupts my work with the Dais World.
