From teammates, managers, to reporting heads, to HR Department everything is worse. The place will just still your peace of mind and will leave you wondering what are you doing there. The reporting heads do not have knowledge about a particular subject and you will be answerable to these stupid people in your work. It is hell frustrating and every time you enter the office you will be scared that today will be your last day. They are experts in defending themselves and forcing you to exit the organization.
