There is nothing to like about working at Dainik Bhaskar. By deducting the monthly salary, there are supporting through COVID-19 lockdown.

There is no career growth personally & financially. The work environment is also not good.

Worst Managemet, Team Leaders, No Job Security, they fired you without any cause or reason. People who knows buttering to managers or CTO are safe, i doesn't matter how talented or experienced you are, they only care of persons who always butter them. No future if you want to destroy your future join bhaskar.

Salary is paid on time and company policy is also good

The company's policy is very good but employees face difficulty in getting its benefits because the process is very late on HR's side and complaining about it does not help, instead the employee has to pay a fine for it. Also, some people do as they please, due to which lower level employees face a lot of problems.

They do take care of there employees by taking review by hr team pays high salary and extra perks which fulfils the basic needs of the employees family

Politics politics and politics no support from Tls or Category Heads for there own team,some TLs gives mental harrasment to their team and blames them for not achieving the targets for saving there jobs.
