There is nothing to like about DB Corp Ltd. Only one thing that everybody leave the office sharp @ 6 PM.

There is a long list of dislikes: 1.) Management is full of arrogant people, they don't even bother about closing a conversation properly, they just put their point and leave the place or call "Mera vachan hi hai sashan". 2.) Senior people in Management are not senior because they have got more skills, they are senior because they are sitting in same company from last 20- 30 years. "Govt. JOB hai bhai". 3.) Hiring female candidate is actually a challenge there, they don't judge the candidature on skills, initially they calculate few things like "Itne saal ki hai to ab join krte hi shaadi kr legi", "shaadi ho gyi hai to ab kbhi b maternity leave chahiye hogi" and many more. 4.) Mocking the people on dressing sense, way of communication, talking with your colleagues in loud and bad way etc. are normal....Read More
