It's been almost 2 years in this company , incentive are best . If you want to grow in media you must join bhaskar .

To much politics , your manager takes all credit & might abuse you if you are not able to archeive your target . Every month you have to archieve your target !!! No family time If you are single Bhaskar is best for you . I dont want to scare you !!! This is fact .

The company is open to innovation and creative ideas also adopts latest technology . The fact I like most about Bhaskar is it's policy and reliable work environment . Overall in my working years I got chance to grow and learn many things . I would like to say that Bhaskar provides good platform for fresher. Learning and sharing is the best quality of Bhaskar group.

Dislikes

The thing which I don't like about Bhaskar group is very poor in growth in terms of salary.

Work Details

My work is quit challenging as I have to coordinate with all sales people as well as management . Generally everyone gets Sunday off but I get it on alternate months have to come on Sunday and get week off on any other working day I.e. Tuesday.
