Regular salay received even after pandemic situation

You will be forced to work like machine, they will not allow you to even take breakfast, lunch or dinner. They will force you to work daily till mid night.. even on saturday and sunday they will demand to complete activities (which may not be that much critical also)

there is no work life balance.The company is located far away from city and the work timings are morning 7:20am to 6pm.but to catch bus at 6:15am in the morning you need to wake up at 5am and you reach home late evening at 7:30pm.

Likes are that its a mnc , so we get to interact with Japanese and German colleagues .sometimes rarely given opportunity to travel , but since 2019 all travels are also stopped due to budget constraints.

Working for nearly 9 years .Job security is least here, in the name of complaince , people are removed immediately same day specially targeted at working level and not above L4,L3 levels.There is no fairness in rules.If a working level(L5)crosses above 40 yrs, they are fired for some lame reason.They want only young working people. Working hours are 10 hrs per day which is more than any company in India, its pathetic and the company is located so far away from chennaì that travelling takes another 3 hrs.in total 13hrs per day , you have to wake up daily by 5:30am as the company bus comes by 6:15/6:30 am itself & by the time you reach home at 8pm you are already tired.and sometimes they ask you to come and work on saturdays as well .Imagine working for 13hrs 6 days in a week like labourers , you can forget family life and children.
