No respect for seniority, there is no difference n value for positions trainee(0-1yr) to senior engineer (12yr) will be considered us supervisors. Nil bonus n other allowances except n medical favourites will be given 7-12% increment n others 3-5. If u know n do kaizenn PPT 24*7 u will become favourite n experience n technical knowledge no value. Main concept do what I say or else u will sacked.
